Kerstin Margareta Hallroth, born April 3, 1920, died December 6, 1998, was a Swedish artist.
Hallroth grew up on Gotland as the daughter of baker Gustaf Hallroth and Ester Norrby. She studied advertising art at Stockholm's advertising school and decorative painting at the Handicraft Association's school in Gothenburg and for a short time at Otte Sköld's painting school in Stockholm. She participated in the Gothenburg Art Association's summer salons 1945–1954 and in group exhibitions with various local art associations. Her art consists of interiors, figure pictures and landscape depictions made in oil paint, drawings and textile prints. Hallroth is represented at Gotland's museum.
