Sven (Svän) Fritiov Teodor Grandin , born 1906 in Borås , died 1982, was a Swedish artist
Grandin first worked as a textile worker and sailor before moving on to art. Grandin was self-taught and a student during trips to Paris 1938-1939 and 1946. He made his debut in an exhibition with Borås and Sjuhäradsbygdens konstförenings Höstsalong in 1936 and then participated in several solo and group exhibitions in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Skara. His art consists of floral still lifes, figurative motifs and landscapes. Grandin is represented at Borås Art Museum.
