Vintage french enamel kitchen set

The base color is a lovely bleu and has white "clouds" .
Would be great to hang in a kitchen and either use it for sponges and type of thing, or fresh herb pots.
It is in great Vintage  condition but there are bits of enamel missing. 
It measures the holder measures 31.5 cm x 9 cm x 12.5 cm.
