An elegant brass piano lamp in the Art Deco manner, the arching stem rising from a circular base and sweeping gracefully outward to a pivoting ball joint supporting a conical cream shade. The triangular upright is pierced and cast with stylised foliate scrollwork, lending the piece a sculptural quality that balances ornament with the clean geometry of the period. The warm patinated brass retains its original surface throughout. A refined and decorative example of European lighting design from the interwar years.
