Finnish painter and graphic artist Tapio Kinnunen studied at the Institute of Industrial Arts in the late 1950s. Based in Turku, he exhibited widely in Finland and internationally, including exhibitions in Florence, New York and Switzerland. His work is represented in Finnish public collections and is characterised by an increasingly abstract treatment of landscape and form.
The title is rather good too. It makes this feel much more desirable than an anonymous late 60s abstraction.
