This is a stunning tapestry designed and woven in Pondicherry (South-India) Tapisseries de la Mere, at the famous weaving workshop, designed by European tapestries & Gobelin
This piece is from the 1970's and is finely hand-woven of pure wool with cotton fringe, it is in excellent vintage condition with a neat tight weave.
