RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


You have a right to return your order under the distance selling regulations for any item purchased on a fixed-priced sale for a full refund within fourteen days from the date received. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address.
To cancel your order, you must advise us by writing to charlie@tat-london.co.uk ASAP. Orders can not be cancelled once they have been sent out. All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.


PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items returned in an unsaleable quality. This includes any items that smell of smoke and items returned in unsuitable packaging.

If pieces arrived broken or damaged, please get in touch ASAP. Please take photographs of the parcel so we can bring it up with the courier. We ask for customers to do this as quickly. If it exceeds 14 days from delivery, we will not be able to take responsibility. 

SHIPPING 

We ship all over the world. If you have any problems with shipping, please contact charlotte.becque@condenast.co.uk.

For domestic orders, we use DPD Local. We aim to get your order to you within five working days. 

For international orders, we use DHL. We aim to try and find the most competitive rate, but recently, we have found that DHL seem to be the best at getting the pieces there in one piece and through customs. We are more than happy to hold on to pieces for up to a month if you would like to arrange your own shipping.
