Vintage Faience Rectangular Dish Plate Hand Decorated: Art Nouveau Style Flowers

This is a strikingly decorative hand-painted majolica plate.  The style of the decoration looks very Art Nouveau inspired, though this is possibly a  traditional design.. No makers marks, so exact age and origin unknown.
