I saw something on Instagram where someone was pontificating, saying "maybe it's time to re-embrace brown furniture." What a load of baloney. I always find the idea of brown furniture being in, or out, or in again just laughable. I know it's clickbait and realistically I shouldn't give it much thought, but it made me want to really lean into it with this recent selection. Big, beautiful, hulking pieces of furniture made to last and they give such weight to a room.
