Ten Properties To Make The Perfect Commune, September 2026
Commune. It doesn't have great connotations - yes, some of these properties do feel like the setting of a 1960s documentary studying the start of a cult. I personally have always been anti-cult, but pro commune. I am for multi-generational living, I am for multi-parenting, I am very much for collective cooking, and a huge fan of kitchen chatting. Yes, this is the bright side of commune living, but I do believe there is something in it.
