£360K - £1.5million, that is the range this month. A good range I feel, and as ever with this particular feature there are a range of costs when you move in. Many of the below are not for the faint-hearted, but they are instead for those who perhaps envision a deal (not always the case) or those who would like to really put their stamp on a place. As ever, I believe it is the list in which I would find a property; for the most part they are a bit draughty, but they have been left with a semblance of original features, and in some cases the additions from previous owners are now in such poor condition that one can only start again without a guilty conscience.
