Get It Together - This month's scheme comes in the form of a bathroom designed by Howark Design.
James Arkoulis and Saskia Howard founded Howark Design in 2017, combining over 20 years of experience at London’s most prestigious design practices.
Our starting point for this bathroom was the elegant Rosso marble washstand from Balineum. Warm, earthy tones are carried through in the antique copper bath, walnut plant stand and traditional oak bath-shower mixer taps.
The small-scale black and white mosaic tiles provide a much-needed contrast to the more dramatic pieces, while the sage green, textured wall covering creates an interesting, calming backdrop. A delicate, linen café curtain and striped, upholstered stool add further softness to the scheme. In keeping with other natural materials in the space, the bamboo effect mirror and rattan wall lights help to unite the scheme whilst balancing the more masculine elements.
