Welcome to this hodge podge of picks. I have wandered through some of my favourite dealers and selected pieces that made me think, quite simply, I would like to own that. Which is, of course, problematic. I have eclectic taste, so everything I choose inevitably looks like a hodge podge. My home is a blooming mismatch.

As ever with the Decorative Fair, many dealers will have saved their best pieces for the event itself. My first suggestion, therefore, is to head there this week if you can. Failing that, next week is often a quiet delight, when dealers’ websites begin to look rather divine as the remaining pieces slowly make their way online.
