Every month we find new houses that set the heart fluttering, and this month is no exception. We have kept the £2 million marker in place, largely because it makes everything feel, if not reasonable, then at least momentarily defensible. Which is, of course, a faintly absurd thing to say about £2 million, but there it is.
As ever, I promptly forget the boundary I have imposed on myself and find my attention wandering firmly into the territory beyond. It is difficult being so forgetful, but we must all learn to bear our own crosses.
If you are able, do indulge me a little, as there are three London houses which I think deserve a proper look.
Other than that, the houses below are all present and correct, and within the price bracket I have set out. We have spread the net wide, from the Highlands to Penzance
