I believe you may be well aware of my fondness for parties. They don’t need to lead anywhere specific — I just like planning them. If I were ever to change careers, event planning would be the obvious choice. When I was designing my wedding in 2019, it felt like second nature. I knew exactly what I wanted: the venue, the look, the atmosphere.

Design Week is here again! A week where the capital is awash with creative delights. No, we have yet to match the strength of Milan—God, I dream of that day coming—but we are still blessed with impressive minds and thoughtful hands sharing their work and ideas in this marvellous land.

For those of you who have been reading the Tat Blog for some time, you’ll be well aware of our affiliation with the designer Georgie Stogdon. That makes it sound like a paid partnership, but fear not dear reader, it is no such thing. Instead, it is a friendship that has been going strong for fifteen or so years.
